In 2023-2024, NIKE, Inc. implemented Workday as it's Core HR, Talent Management and Learning solution.

My Involvement

In partnership with HR Technology and HR System teams, I led the experience and content design effort for NIKE’s Workday Learning module.

Currently serve as lead system administrator
Effectively communicated learning content and user experience requirements
Recommended a clear content strategy that leveraged the system’s key capabilities while best serving the end user
Participated in UX research sessions and synthesis to optimize the digital employee experience for Workday Learning
